This time, I want to talk about an Izzet Dragon Commander who, in War of the Spark, died and was reborn. Our article will be focused on Niv-Mizzet Parun, the guild master prior to his death. The Commander          Niv-Mizzet is a very interesting commander. He always had one thing going for him ever since he first came out in the original Ravnica block. For those of you who know me, you know that I like to play the color black. From Legacy Pox to Modern 8-Rack. Black brings with it tutors and explosive mana production which can end games quick and easy. Red is very similar to black in that it also brings explosive mana production and game ending spells. Put them together and you get Judith, the Scourge Diva . The Commander         Judith has two different abilities. Her first ability allows her to increase the damage potential of your other creatures. Her second ability allows her to deal 1 damage to any target. Any target being the keyword.
